The goal of Turdla Global is to discover new business models and targets for automation and process enhancements for your current business. The process includes two workshops. The first one includes discussing the current state of your business and ideas for new opportunties. The second workshop is comprised of Turdla’s findings and discussing their impact on your business as well as their feasability.
